# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 medium onion, diced
02 - 1 lb ground beef
03 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
04 - ½ cup milk
05 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
06 - 1 teaspoon paprika
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - ½ teaspoon black pepper
09 - ½ cup frozen peas (optional)
10 - 1½ cups cooked white rice
11 - 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese, split
12 - 1 cup sour cream
13 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (optional, just for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease up a 9x13-inch dish.
02 - Cook the ground beef with garlic and onion in a pan until browned. Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Get rid of any extra grease.
03 - Mix soup, sour cream, and milk in a big bowl. Stir in the rice, beef, 1 cup of cheese, and peas if you're using them.
04 - Put the mixture in the dish, then sprinkle on the other cup of cheese.
05 - Bake for about 25-30 minutes until it’s nice and bubbly and the top is golden.
06 - Let it rest for a few minutes. Sprinkle with parsley if you want, and dig in while it's warm.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the rice is cooked before adding to the mix
02 - You can make this ahead and stick it in the fridge until baking time
