Set your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease up a 9x13-inch dish.

Cook the ground beef with garlic and onion in a pan until browned. Add paprika, salt, and pepper. Get rid of any extra grease.

Mix soup, sour cream, and milk in a big bowl. Stir in the rice, beef, 1 cup of cheese, and peas if you're using them.

Put the mixture in the dish, then sprinkle on the other cup of cheese.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes until it’s nice and bubbly and the top is golden.
