Beef Cheese Bake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup sour cream
02 - 1/3 cup whole milk
03 - 1 cup corn
04 - 32 ounces tater tots
05 - 1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled
06 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
08 - 2/3 cup condensed cream of mushroom soup
09 - 1/2 pound ground beef (85/15)
10 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, split into two portions

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to heat up at 375°F.
02 - Brown the beef in a big pan on medium heat.
03 - Toss together the corn, soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, sour cream, onion powder, pepper, and crumbled bacon with the browned beef in the skillet.
04 - Layer the beef mixture at the bottom of a 9x13 pan, sprinkle some cheese on top, and arrange the tater tots over everything. Leave it uncovered and bake for 40-45 minutes.
05 - Add the leftover cheese on top and pop it back in for 5 minutes.
