Beef Cheddar Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 dozen soft brioche rolls.
02 - 350 g of thinly sliced deli roast beef.
03 - 120 ml of barbecue sauce.
04 - 8 slices of Comté cheese.
05 - 120 g of unsalted butter.
06 - 2 tablespoons of light brown sugar.
07 - 1 tablespoon of grainy French mustard.
08 - 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.
09 - 1 1/2 teaspoons of poppy seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn on your oven and set it to 175°C.
02 - Stir the slices of roast beef together with the barbecue sauce.
03 - Carefully cut the rolls in half and place the bottom halves into a baking tray.
04 - Spread the barbecue-coated roast beef evenly over the rolls.
05 - Lay slices of Comté cheese on top of the beef.
06 - Place the top halves of the rolls back on.
07 - In a small pan, melt the butter and mix it with sugar, mustard, Worcestershire, and the poppy seeds. Bring it to a boil.
08 - Drizzle the hot buttery sauce all over the sliders.
09 - Pop it into the oven for 20 to 30 minutes until golden and crisp on top.
