Beef Cheddar One Pot (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main

01 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
02 - Salt and pepper (add as needed)
03 - 8 oz penne or rotini pasta
04 - 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
05 - 1 small onion, chopped up
06 - 2 cups beef stock
07 - 1 cup whole milk
08 - 1 tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 lb of ground beef

# Instructions:

01 - Take the pot off the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar. Mix until it becomes smooth and cheesy.
02 - Add salt and pepper to make it taste just right. Dish it out while hot.
03 - Warm some olive oil in a big pot over medium. Toss in the beef and onion, cooking till the beef turns brown and the onion softens. Get rid of any extra grease.
04 - Pour in the milk, beef stock, ranch mix, and pasta. Let it boil, then lower the heat to a slow simmer. Cover it up and let it cook for 10-12 minutes, stirring now and then, until the pasta is nice and soft.

# Notes:

01 - Add some chopped parsley or green onions on top for extra flavor.
02 - Swap ground beef for turkey or chicken, if that's your thing.
03 - Use more or less cheese if you'd like.
