Fry the bacon over medium heat for around 6–8 minutes, flipping until nearly crispy.

Slather BBQ sauce on both sides of the bacon, then cook another minute or two. Flip it once and set on a plate lined with paper towels to drain.

Brown the sandwich buns on a skillet with a dab of butter or under the broiler until they’re lightly crunchy and golden.

Lay a cheddar slice on each lower bun half. Heat these under a broiler for a couple of minutes until the cheese is gooey and bubbly.

Stack the melted cheese, 3 tasty bacon pieces with BBQ glaze, 2 tomato slices, a pile of shredded lettuce, and a drizzle of ranch on the bottom bun.

Pop the sandwich top on and enjoy right away. You can also offer some extra ranch or BBQ sauce for dipping if you’d like.
