Crispy Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 1/8 teaspoon black pepper.
03 - 1-2 teaspoons honey (optional).
04 - 1 lb salmon fillet (center-cut), chopped into 1-inch pieces.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon sweet or smoked paprika.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon coarse salt.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
08 - 1.5 tablespoons ketchup.
09 - 1/2 cup mayo.
10 - 1 tablespoon coconut aminos.
11 - 3 tablespoons rice vinegar.
12 - Scallions and sesame seeds to top off.
13 - 1/2-1 teaspoon your favorite hot sauce.
14 - 1 large garlic clove, finely grated.

# Instructions:

01 - Peel off the skin and dice salmon into small cubes. Toss with pepper, garlic powder, olive oil, honey, salt, and paprika.
02 - Lightly coat air fryer basket with oil, put in some salmon pieces, and fry at 350°F for 8 minutes.
03 - Combine ketchup, mayo, grated garlic, rice vinegar, hot sauce, coconut aminos, and a pinch of salt in a bowl.
04 - Let the salmon cool off for about 10 seconds before removing from the fryer.
05 - Place salmon on a dish, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chopped scallions, and pair with the sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - You can also bake the salmon at 400°F for around 10-12 minutes.
02 - A center-cut piece of salmon works super well.
03 - Let the salmon rest for a moment to avoid it sticking.
