Turn your oven to 350°F and get three small loaf pans ready.

In a big bowl, toss together the flour, oats, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In a separate smaller bowl, stir up the sugar, eggs, oil, vanilla, and mashed bananas.

Pour the wet mix into the dry one and stir it up by hand. Add in the grated zucchini at the end and mix until it’s evenly blended.

Let it bake for 35-45 minutes. It’s done when the bread moves away from the pan edges, and a toothpick poked in comes out clean.
