Banana Protein Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Mix

01 - 3 ripe bananas, chopped up
02 - 2 tablespoons of honey
03 - ½ cup non-flavored protein powder (2 scoops)
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
05 - ½ cup thick plain Greek yogurt
06 - 1 cup low-fat cottage cheese

→ Optional Add-Ons

07 - Banana slices
08 - Fresh mint sprigs for looks
09 - Whipped topping
10 - Vanilla cookies

# Instructions:

01 - Put in cottage cheese, yogurt, bananas, honey, vanilla, and the protein powder. Blend until it's smooth, but don't go too long.
02 - In jars, alternate layers of wafer cookies, banana slices, creamy pudding, and whipped cream if you're using it.
03 - You can eat it right away, or pop it in the fridge for a couple of hours before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Cut bananas in small pieces so your blender works easier.
02 - Stop blending before it gets too runny.
03 - Add more or less protein powder to fit your taste.
