Banana Nut Bread Starbucks (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 very ripe bananas
02 - ½ cup vegetable oil
03 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
04 - ½ teaspoon cinnamon
05 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
06 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
07 - 1 large egg
08 - ¼ teaspoon salt
09 - 1⅛ cup granulated sugar
10 - ½ cup chopped walnuts
11 - 2 tablespoons buttermilk

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 325°F. Coat your loaf pan with nonstick spray and layer it with parchment paper.
02 - In a medium-sized bowl, stir together the flour, cinnamon, baking soda, and salt.
03 - In another bowl, whisk up the egg, oil, and sugar until the mixture is smooth.
04 - Stir the dry mix into the wet mix, then add the mashed bananas, vanilla, and buttermilk.
05 - Pour the batter into your pan and sprinkle the walnuts on top. Let it bake for about 60–75 minutes or until a knife comes out clean when tested.

# Notes:

01 - You can make your own buttermilk with a splash of vinegar and some milk.
02 - You can freeze this for up to 90 days and it’ll still taste great.
