01 - ¾ cup almond milk or your favorite non-dairy milk alternative
02 - 1 tablespoon chopped, fresh ginger (peeled first)
03 - 1 banana (large, fresh or frozen works)
04 - ¼ teaspoon turmeric, ground
05 - ½ lemon, with seeds removed and rinsed carefully

# Instructions:

01 - Toss everything into a strong blender and get it going.
02 - Once smooth and silky, stop blending. Need it thinner? Pour in a bit more milk and blend again.

01 - Got leftovers? Pop the smoothie in a covered jar, keep it chilled, and drink it within a day. Shake it up before enjoying.
02 - Want it richer and thicker? Go for a frozen banana instead of a fresh one.
