Chamomile Tea Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 fresh banana that's ripe
02 - 1 cup of chamomile tea, made and cooled
03 - 1/2 cup of milk or non-dairy option
04 - 1 tablespoon of honey
05 - Optional: Ice cubes for a chillier drink
06 - Optional: Dried chamomile leaves for decoration

# Instructions:

01 - Slice up your banana into chunks, measure the honey and milk, and set them aside.
02 - Steep chamomile in hot water for about 5 minutes. Let it cool all the way before using.
03 - Put the banana slices, cold chamomile tea, honey, and milk in the blender. Toss in some ice if you want it extra cold.
04 - Blend at a high speed till it's creamy and smooth. Add a splash more milk if it's too thick.
05 - Pour into a glass and decorate with dried chamomile leaves if you'd like.
