Banana Bread One Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - ¼ teaspoon salt
02 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon
03 - ½ teaspoon baking powder
04 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
05 - 2 cups all-purpose flour
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
07 - 2 large eggs, room temperature
08 - ⅔ cup granulated sugar
09 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
10 - 3 large bananas (or 4 small), overripe

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F and grease an 9x5 pan with oil or butter.
02 - Smash the bananas in a big bowl using a fork or potato masher until smooth.
03 - Mix in the butter first, then stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
04 - Gently work in flour, cinnamon, baking powder, salt, and baking soda until just blended.
05 - Transfer the batter into your pan and bake for an hour, checking with a toothpick.
06 - Cool in pan for a little bit, maybe 5-10 minutes, then move to a cooling rack.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to mix in nuts, dried fruits, or chocolate chips.
02 - Overripe bananas make this much tastier.
03 - Raw or coconut sugar works as a swap for regular sugar.
04 - Store in the freezer up to 3 months.
