Turn your oven on to 350°F. Grease two loaf pans (9x5 inches) with cooking spray or butter.

Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Toss in vanilla and egg, beat again. Then mix in the flour until fully combined. Put it aside for now.

Smash up your bananas in a big bowl. Add melted butter, both sugars, and stir well. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and the eggs.

Whisk baking powder, baking soda, and flour together. Slowly mix it into the wet mix till everything's combined.

Start by pouring 2 cups of batter into each pan. Spread the cream cheese mix over them, then top them off with the rest of the batter.

Bake for about 50-55 minutes. When a toothpick near the center comes out with just moist crumbs, they’re good! Let them cool fully before cutting.
