03 - 1 room temp large egg
04 - A teaspoon of vanilla
05 - 1 tbsp plain flour

→ Bread Ingredients

06 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
07 - 3 overripe bananas
08 - 100g (½ cup) packed light brown sugar
09 - 100g (½ cup) granulated sugar
10 - 2 large eggs at room temp
11 - 2 teaspoons vanilla
12 - ½ cup sour cream, not chilled
13 - A teaspoon of baking soda
14 - ½ tsp baking powder
15 - 256g (2 cups) all-purpose flour

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 350°F. Grease two loaf pans (9x5 inches) with cooking spray or butter.
02 - Blend cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Toss in vanilla and egg, beat again. Then mix in the flour until fully combined. Put it aside for now.
03 - Smash up your bananas in a big bowl. Add melted butter, both sugars, and stir well. Mix in sour cream, vanilla, and the eggs.
04 - Whisk baking powder, baking soda, and flour together. Slowly mix it into the wet mix till everything's combined.
05 - Start by pouring 2 cups of batter into each pan. Spread the cream cheese mix over them, then top them off with the rest of the batter.
06 - Bake for about 50-55 minutes. When a toothpick near the center comes out with just moist crumbs, they’re good! Let them cool fully before cutting.

# Notes:

01 - Room-temp ingredients work better
02 - Keep fresh in a container with a lid
03 - Perfect for using bananas past their prime
