09 - A little pinch of salt
10 - Half a teaspoon of baking soda
11 - Half a teaspoon of baking powder

→ Brownies

12 - Half a cup of butter
13 - Three quarters of a cup of dark chocolate chips
14 - Three large eggs
15 - One tablespoon vanilla extract
16 - Half a cup of granulated sugar
17 - A quarter cup of packed brown sugar
18 - Three quarters of a cup of all-purpose flour
19 - A quarter cup of cocoa powder

# Instructions:

01 - Turn the oven on to 175°C. Line a 33x23 cm pan with parchment paper so stuff doesn’t stick to it.
02 - Grab a big bowl and combine the softened butter and sugars. Stir until just mixed. Beat in the eggs and vanilla, then add the mashed bananas. In a different bowl, mix the dry ingredients together first, then slowly combine them all with the wet stuff. Put it aside for now.
03 - Melt butter and dark chocolate together using a double boiler (a bowl over simmering water). Let it cool for a bit. Using a stand mixer, beat eggs, sugars, and vanilla on high until the mixture gets fluffy and light, about 4-5 minutes. Gently fold in the cooled chocolate with a spatula. Sift and add the flour and cocoa powder next, carefully folding it until smooth.
04 - Pour half the banana bread mix into the prepared pan. Drop dollops of brownie batter all over. Add the rest of the banana bread mix where there’s space. Create a swirl effect with a knife or spoon, and pop a bit more brownie batter on top if you feel like it.
05 - Let it bake for 30-35 minutes. Stick a toothpick in the middle to check if it’s done—if it comes out clean, you’re good! If you like it soft in the center, pull it out at 30 minutes and let it cool in the pan.
06 - Give it time to cool down completely before cutting into slices. Serve and dig in!
