Banana Bisquick Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2⅔ cups of your own Bisquick mix
02 - 3 big bananas, completely mashed (roughly 1⅓ cups)
03 - ¼ cup (54.5g) of vegetable oil
04 - ⅔ cup (133g) of white sugar
05 - ¼ cup (61g) of whole milk
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
07 - 2 large eggs, brought to room temperature

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven to 350°F. Coat a 9x5 loaf pan with spray to stop sticking.
02 - Mix up the bananas, sugar, milk, oil, vanilla, and eggs in a big bowl. Gently fold in your homemade Bisquick until just blended.
03 - Pour the mix into your pan. Bake for 63-65 minutes till a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with a few dry crumbs but no goo.
04 - Wait about 2 hours for it to cool off completely before cutting it into slices to serve.
