# Instructions:

01 - Heat up your oven to 375°F (190°C) so it's ready to go.
02 - Use butter or spray-on oil to coat a medium baking dish, stopping anything from sticking.
03 - Grab a big bowl and beat together the eggs, cottage cheese, and cheddar until smooth and well-combined.
04 - Sprinkle in some salt and pepper. Toss in any extra flavors you like, like garlic powder, plus optional goodies like mushrooms or diced ham.
05 - Pour it all into your greased baking dish. Bake for around 25–30 minutes, or until the center sets and the top turns golden.
06 - Once it's out of the oven, let it sit a bit before cutting. Pair it with a side like toast, fruit, or salad.
