Baileys Truffles (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3/4 cup Baileys Irish Cream.
02 - 2 cups pecans (split use).
03 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 1 cup dark chocolate chips.
05 - 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers.
06 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Use a food processor to grind pecans until sandy in texture.
02 - Stir graham cracker crumbs into 1 cup of the ground pecans.
03 - Melt the chocolate, then add powdered sugar, Baileys, and condensed milk. Mix with the crumb mixture.
04 - Put in the fridge for 1 hour, keeping it covered.
05 - Form into balls and roll them in the other pecans to coat.

# Notes:

01 - If it’s too sticky, chill more before rolling.
02 - Good for a week when kept in the fridge.
03 - Switch out the nuts for other types if you want.
