Bacon Parmesan Crisps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
02 - 1/2 tsp coarse kosher salt
03 - 5 oz shredded parmesan
04 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
05 - 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
06 - 1/2 tsp onion powder

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 400°F and let it get nice and hot.
02 - Combine the crumbled bacon, parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and kosher salt in a bowl.
03 - Grab a baking sheet and cover it with either a silicone mat or parchment paper.
04 - Spoon out small amounts of the mixture, drop them onto the baking sheet, shape them into mounds, and lightly press them down.
05 - Pop the sheet into the oven. Let the cheesy mounds bake for about 4-5 minutes until they melt and turn golden on top.
06 - Leave the crisps on the baking sheet until they’re fully cooled. Then they’re ready to eat!

# Notes:

01 - If you prefer less saltiness, skip adding extra kosher salt to the mix.
02 - You can make it spicier by tossing in some jalapeño slices or shredded cheddar cheese.
