Set your oven to 400°F and let it get nice and hot.

Combine the crumbled bacon, parmesan, onion powder, garlic powder, cayenne, and kosher salt in a bowl.

Grab a baking sheet and cover it with either a silicone mat or parchment paper.

Spoon out small amounts of the mixture, drop them onto the baking sheet, shape them into mounds, and lightly press them down.

Pop the sheet into the oven. Let the cheesy mounds bake for about 4-5 minutes until they melt and turn golden on top.
