Avocado Chicken Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons avocado or olive oil
03 - ¼ teaspoon chili powder
04 - ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
05 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
06 - ½ teaspoon salt

→ Wrap Assembly

07 - ½ cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
08 - 2 ripe avocados
09 - 6 flour tortillas, 8 inches each
10 - ½ cup fresh salsa

# Instructions:

01 - Warm oil in a skillet. Sprinkle chicken with seasonings and cook each side for 3-5 minutes, making sure it's cooked through.
02 - After cooling the chicken, cut it into thin strips.
03 - On each tortilla, layer avocado slices, chicken, a bit of cheese, and salsa. Fold the bottom edge first, then tuck in the sides.
04 - Place wraps seam down in a skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden and the cheese is gooey.

# Notes:

01 - Serve with a dollop of sour cream or some extra salsa.
02 - Use any oil left in the skillet for grilling the wraps.
