Spinach Fish Bake (Print Version)

01 - 1 pound cod fillets
02 - 1 (10 ounce) pack of frozen spinach, thawed and drained
03 - 1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
04 - A pinch of salt and pepper (to your taste)
05 - 1 egg, whisked
06 - ⅓ cup dry breadcrumbs

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 325°F (165°C) and let it heat up.
02 - In a mixing bowl, combine the drained spinach with half the Cheddar cheese, about 5 tablespoons of breadcrumbs, and your beaten egg. Evenly spread this mix at the bottom of a small baking dish.
03 - Lay your cod fillets right on top of the spinach mixture. Sprinkle over some salt and pepper to bring out the flavor.
04 - Scatter the rest of the Cheddar cheese and breadcrumbs on top. Cover it up and bake for about 20 minutes, or until the fish breaks apart easily with a fork.
