Chicken with Asparagus (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Parmesan cheese, 60 g grated
02 - Lemon wedges to top off the dish
03 - Sprinkle of salt
04 - Caesar dressing, 240 ml
05 - Garlic powder, 1 teaspoon
06 - Asparagus spears, 450 g with ends trimmed
07 - Black pepper as needed
08 - Boneless and skinless chicken breasts, 4 pieces
09 - Olive oil, 1 tablespoon

# Instructions:

01 - Squeeze some fresh lemon over the dish if you like and serve straight out of the oven while it’s still warm.
02 - Pop the pan into the oven and let it bake for 20 minutes. The chicken’s thickest spot should hit 74°C and asparagus will soften.
03 - Scatter the trimmed asparagus spears around the chicken and dust garlic powder over everything.
04 - Take the skillet off the heat. Pour Caesar dressing over the chicken, then sprinkle Parmesan over everything.
05 - Warm olive oil in an oven-safe pan on medium-high. Sear each chicken breast for 3–4 minutes per side till you see a golden brown surface.
06 - Preheat your oven to 190°C. Pat chicken breasts dry and give each side a pinch of salt and pepper.

# Notes:

01 - Even out the thick parts of the chicken with a meat mallet so it all cooks evenly.
