Asian Slaw Twist (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dressing

01 - 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
02 - 2 teaspoons optional sriracha
03 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
04 - ½ cup mayo
05 - 1 tablespoon honey
06 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic
07 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
08 - 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
09 - 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce

→ Slaw

10 - 4 green onions, thinly sliced into rounds
11 - 16-ounce bag of pre-mixed coleslaw
12 - ½ cup toasted almond slices

→ For serving

13 - Slices of green onions
14 - Sesame seeds
15 - Crispy chow mein noodles

# Instructions:

01 - Mix together mayo, rice wine vinegar, sweet chili sauce, honey, soy sauce, garlic, sriracha, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. Stir until smooth.
02 - In a big bowl, combine coleslaw mix, green onion rounds, and toasted almond slices. Give it a good toss.
03 - Pour the prepared dressing over the slaw mix. Stir so everything gets a nice coating.
04 - Cover the bowl with some plastic wrap and stick it in the fridge for at least an hour. This helps the flavors really come together.
05 - Dish out the chilled slaw and sprinkle some crispy chow mein noodles, sesame seeds, and a few green onion slices on top before serving.
