Asian Cucumber Salad (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 2 big cucumbers, sliced thin

→ Dressing

02 - 15 ml soy sauce
03 - 2 minced garlic cloves
04 - 0.25 tsp red pepper flakes
05 - 1 tsp fresh ginger, grated
06 - 15 ml sesame oil
07 - 15 ml honey
08 - 60 ml rice vinegar

→ Garnish

09 - 15 g fresh cilantro, chopped up
10 - 2 green onions, sliced thin
11 - 2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Put rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes into a big bowl. Whisk them together so everything blends smoothly.
02 - Drop the cucumber slices into the same bowl. Gently stir to make sure every piece gets coated well.
03 - Leave the cucumbers in the dressing for a good 10 minutes so they soak up all that tasty flavor.
04 - Right before serving, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds, green onions, and cilantro for an extra pop of flavor.

01 - For the crispiest bite, serve the salad as soon as possible after marinating.
