Amish Country Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup milk.
02 - 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes.
03 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
04 - ½ teaspoon salt.
05 - ¼ teaspoon black pepper.
06 - ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese.
07 - 12 oz medium egg noodles.
08 - 1 medium onion, chopped small.
09 - 1 can cream of mushroom soup.
10 - 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce.
11 - 1 can condensed tomato soup.
12 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder.
13 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn oven to 350°F. Lightly coat a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray.
02 - Cook noodles in salted boiling water until just tender. Strain and set aside.
03 - Brown the beef with the onion for about 6 minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Get rid of any excess grease.
04 - In a big mixing bowl, combine both soups, milk, Worcestershire, and all of the seasonings.
05 - Mix the beef and noodles into the bowl with the sauce. Pour everything into the baking dish, and sprinkle cheese over the top.
06 - Pop it into the oven uncovered for 25-30 minutes until bubbling. Let it sit a few minutes before digging in.
