Almond Joy Smoothie (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - A frozen banana, split into two.
02 - 1½ cups of plain almond milk or coconut milk.
03 - Two cups ice.
04 - ¼ cup of cocoa powder that’s unsweetened.
05 - A teaspoon of coconut flavoring (optional).
06 - ¼ cup of whole raw almonds.
07 - Two tablespoons of shredded coconut, no sugar added.
08 - One cup of spinach leaves.
09 - Two tablespoons of honey or another sweetener (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Pop all the items into the blender following this order.
02 - Mix everything on medium until it turns silky, about 50 seconds.
03 - Give it a taste, add sweetness if it needs it, and blend again quickly.

# Notes:

01 - Go for coconut milk to boost that coconut vibe.
02 - Sweeten it slowly – a little at a time – and taste as you go.
03 - Don't leave out the spinach; you won’t even notice it’s there.
