Turn your air fryer on and set it to 400°F.

Grab a big bowl, toss in the shredded chicken, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, beans, corn, tomatoes, taco seasoning, and the pico de gallo. Give it all a good stir until it's fully mixed.

Spoon about 1 cup of the mix onto the middle of a tortilla. Fold the sides inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to seal it. Spray the outside with cooking spray.

Place the burritos in your air fryer and cook for 5 minutes. Flip them, give the other side a spray, and cook another 5 minutes.

Take the burritos out of the air fryer and dig in! Add some sour cream or more pico de gallo if you'd like.

Set your oven to 400°F and lay parchment paper on a baking tray. Wrap the burritos as usual, then line them up on the tray. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until they're crispy and hot. Adjust timing if necessary.
