Turn the air fryer on and set it to 400°F so it can warm up.

Grab a big bowl and stir together the oil, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until it’s all combined.

Toss the pork belly chunks into the bowl and make sure each piece gets fully covered with the mix.

Pop the seasoned pork into the air fryer basket, laying them out in one layer. If you’ve got a lot, you might need to cook in portions to avoid stuffing the basket.

Air fry the pork belly bits for about 18-20 minutes. Shake the basket or flip them once or twice to make sure they cook up nice and evenly. Adjust the time depending on the size of the pork and how your air fryer works.

Take the crispy pork bites out of the fryer and enjoy them warm.
