Fryer Onion Rings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups panko crumbs.
02 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
03 - 1 teaspoon salt.
04 - 3/4 cup milk.
05 - 3 large eggs.
06 - 3 medium yellow sweet onions.
07 - 2 tablespoons corn starch.
08 - 1 cup plain flour.
09 - Cooking spray for air frying.
10 - 1/3 cup mayo.
11 - 2 tablespoons of ketchup.
12 - Parsley, chopped (use if you'd like).

# Instructions:

01 - Slice onions into rings about 1/4 inch thick and gently pull the layers apart.
02 - In separate bowls, combine salt, flour, cornstarch, and black pepper in one. Whip eggs with milk in the next. Add just the panko crumbs to the last one.
03 - First, dip the onion into the flour mixture. Then coat it with egg and milk. Last, press the crumbs onto it firmly. Repeat.
04 - Spray ring pieces and air fryer tray lightly. Set them to cook for 5 minutes at 350°F, flip them, and let 'em crisp another 5 minutes.
05 - Put mayo and ketchup in a small dish and stir until smooth.
06 - Top with parsley (if you want) and serve warm with your sauce.

# Notes:

01 - To keep rings hot while waiting on the rest, leave them in an oven heated to 200°F.
02 - Cut the onions up to 1/2 inch thick if you want bigger rings.
