Golden Hash Browns (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Cooking spray for greasing.
02 - 2 cups of grated Yukon potatoes.
03 - 1/4 teaspoon of garlic powder.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon of paprika.
05 - A pinch of black pepper (1/8 teaspoon).
06 - 1/4 teaspoon of kosher salt.
07 - Chopped parsley or chives to garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Use the large side of a box grater to peel and shred the potatoes.
02 - Place the shredded potatoes into a bowl. Soak them in cold water, rinse a few times until the water runs clear. Drain completely.
03 - Lay the potato shreds on paper towels and pat them dry to remove any extra water.
04 - Combine the potatoes in a big bowl and toss with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
05 - Lightly coat the air fryer basket with cooking spray.
06 - Spread the potatoes evenly in the air fryer basket. Give them a light spray of oil. Set the air fryer to 350°F and cook for 8 minutes.
07 - Carefully open the basket, stir the potatoes gently, and separate any clusters.
08 - Cook the potatoes for another 6 to 8 minutes, or until they're golden and super crispy.
09 - Serve the hash browns on a plate, then sprinkle with chives or parsley. Tastes amazing with eggs!

# Notes:

01 - You don’t need to preheat unless your air fryer’s manual says to.
02 - Using a colander to rinse works, but smaller pieces might fall through.
