# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Prep

01 - 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small chunks
02 - 1/4 cup grated parmesan, freshly done
03 - 1/4 cup mayo
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
05 - 1 1/2 teaspoons cajun-style spices
06 - 1 tablespoon chicken spice blend (like Montreal seasoning)
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika

→ Baste Mix

09 - 1/2 cup softened salted butter
10 - 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
11 - 2 tablespoons freshly grated parmesan
12 - 1 teaspoon garlic salt
13 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
14 - 2 tablespoons chopped parsley, fresh

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a big bowl and stir the mayo, parmesan, olive oil, chicken seasoning, garlic powder, cajun spices, and paprika until it's smooth and creamy.
02 - Put the chicken pieces into the bowl and stir them around. Make sure each piece is coated well. Leave it alone for now.
03 - In a different bowl, mash together the butter, parsley, chopped garlic, parmesan, garlic salt, and pepper until everything is blended completely.
04 - Slide the chicken pieces onto skewers and check if they'll fit into your air fryer. Trim them if needed.
05 - Set the air fryer to 400°F and spray it with olive oil spray. Place the skewers inside and cook for 8 minutes.
06 - Use the butter mix to brush over the skewers' tops, flip them over, and brush the other side too.
07 - Keep cooking for another 8 minutes or until the chicken's insides reach a safe 165°F.
08 - Brush what’s left of the butter mix over the skewers. Toss some extra parmesan over them and serve right away.
