French Fries Made Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, freshly cracked.
02 - 2 teaspoons vegetable or canola oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh rosemary or 1 teaspoon dried.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt.
05 - 1 1/2 pounds of russet potatoes.

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the potatoes into sticks about 1/4–1/2 inch thick and leave them in ice-cold water for at least an hour, up to a whole day.
02 - Warm your air fryer to 390°F. It usually takes around 15 minutes.
03 - Pat the potatoes completely dry, then toss them evenly with salt, rosemary, black pepper, and oil.
04 - Fry the potatoes for around 10 minutes, stopping halfway to shake them around.
05 - Cook for another 10-12 minutes until they're golden and crunchy. Pull out any pieces that are too dark as you go.
06 - Cool them for a few minutes, and sprinkle on more seasoning if you'd like.

# Notes:

01 - Potatoes can chill in the fridge water for up to one day.
02 - Use a hot pan to warm up leftover fries.
03 - The fries will get even crispier once they sit for a bit.
