Fried Cream Cheese Wontons (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon sesame oil.
02 - 8 ounces of softened cream cheese.
03 - Red pepper flakes for decoration.
04 - 1/4 cup soy sauce to dip.
05 - 2 teaspoons of soy sauce.
06 - 4 ounces of real or imitation crab meat.
07 - 30 square wrappers for wontons.
08 - Nonstick spray for cooking.
09 - 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions.
10 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
11 - Sprinkle of sesame seeds for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Stir cream cheese, crab, chopped green onions, and the soy sauce until everything's blended well.
02 - Put filling in the middle of each wrapper. Wet the edges, then pinch the corners toward the center to close them up.
03 - At 350°F, cook for 6 minutes until they're crispy and have a golden look.
04 - Stir together soy sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Add sesame seeds and red pepper for a little extra.
05 - Cool for a minute or two, then dig in with the sauce on the side.

01 - Each batch makes 6-7 wontons.
02 - You can assemble them a day in advance.
03 - Best enjoyed fresh and hot.
