# Ingredients:

01 - Pepperoni slices
02 - Mozzarella cheese, shredded

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 200°C (400°F) and get a baking tray ready by laying down some parchment paper. It'll keep things from sticking and make cleaning a breeze.
02 - Spread the slices of pepperoni on the parchment, leaving some space around each piece so they cook evenly.
03 - Scatter some shredded mozzarella over each pepperoni slice. Don't overdo it—aim for a light coating.
04 - Slide the tray into the oven and let them bake for 8-10 minutes. The cheese should be all melty, and the edges of the pepperoni slices nice and crisp.
05 - Take the tray out of the oven and give the chips a few minutes to cool. They'll get even crispier as they sit. Serve as a snack or appetizer, warm or at room temperature.
