Swirl Raspberry Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/4 cup white chocolate, melted.
02 - 1/2 cup raspberry preserves.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract.
04 - 2 cups all-purpose flour.
05 - 1/2 cup sugar, granulated.
06 - 1 cup softened butter.

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 350°F. Cover your baking tray with parchment paper.
02 - Whisk butter and sugar until light. Stir in vanilla, then slowly add flour.
03 - Flatten dough to 1/4 inch thickness, spread jam on top, and roll it into a log.
04 - Chill the log for about 30 minutes until it's firm.
05 - Cut into slices and bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until edges are golden.
06 - Let the cookies cool fully, then drizzle with white chocolate.
